I, along with any assistants I may bring, will provide services with reasonable care and skill at the agreed date and time. I will use my professional kit unless specific products have been agreed in advance due to sensitivities. In some cases, I may substitute products used during your trial to achieve a similar finish, depending on availability, expiry dates, or other factors.

Any known allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed prior to any hair and makeup services being carried out so suitable alternatives can be arranged, or the area avoided. In the unlikely event of a reaction, the appropriate industry procedures will be followed. This may result in hair and makeup application being limited or discontinued.

Please ensure a suitable workspace is available at your venue for me to carry out services safely and comfortably. This should include adequate space to set up my kit and, ideally, access to natural light.

Hair and makeup timings will be agreed in advance. Ideally, all preparations should take place in one location to avoid delays. Your venue may be able to assist if a bridal suite is not available.

I may use appropriate images, testimonials, or media from your trial or wedding day for promotional purposes, including social media and printed materials. If you prefer to opt out, please inform me in writing. Trial images will not be used until after the wedding day.

If members of the bridal party are having their hair and makeup done by another artist not assisting me, I am generally unable to adjust or enhance their work. If corrections or reapplication are requested, this may be possible depending on time availability and will be charged as an additional service.

A deposit of 40% of the total wedding day balance is required to secure your booking and can be paid via bank transfer or cash. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received. Any changes to the number of additional party members must be made no later than 3 months before the wedding. After this time, you will be charged for the number originally booked.

Your date will be held for up to 7 days following your trial before being released. If you secure your date in advance, you are welcome to book your trial at a time that suits you. Please contact me for further advice on booking a trial date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the wedding via bank transfer or cash. Early payment is welcome upon request.

Additional hair and makeup services can be added after your initial deposit has been paid, subject to availability. These will be included in your final balance. In some cases, an assistant may be required.

All hair & makeup are best booked in advance. Any add-on services on the day will only be accommodated if time allows without compromising service quality. These are charged at a standard rate of £50–£60 per person and must be paid upon completion.

All deposits are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances. In this case, all payments (excluding trial costs) will be refunded, and I will do my best to arrange a trusted replacement artist.

If you are changing locations on the morning of your wedding, travel time will be charged at the standard rate, plus mileage.
